Returns and Refund Policy

If you wish to return your item(s), you have 30 days to do so from date of purchase.

To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.

Some items are exempt from being returned, such as

*Digital Downloads

* Gift Cards or Vouchers

* Personal Care Items

* Personalised items with typos or spelling mistakes from the buyer

*Photo gifts where the buyer has not followed guidance and photo requirements.

* Sale items (unless faulty)

We will require proof of purchase prior to your return being processed.

Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected and we will email you to notify you that we have received the goods and the outcome of the refund process.

If your refund is approved, you refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. This process can take some time, as it can be dependant on banking / credit card companies.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If your item(s) has arrived defective, damaged or there has been a mistake with personalisation, your purchase will be replaced / exchanged. If you require an exchange please email us at edengiftco@outlook.com where you will be advised on the next steps.

Shipping

If the return is required due to our mistake, Eden Gift Co will honour refunds including postage.

If the refund is due to the buyer, you will be responsible for paying your own return postage. Shipping costs are non refundable. If your return and refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
